Ode to Jamon

Jamon in its various incarnations throughout our tour of Spain, not
including our numerous jamon bocadillos.

Highlights: jamon on eggs and potatoes; jamon on potato chips and
salmorejo (thick gazpacho); jamon in a McDonald's sandwich, the
McIberica; jamon as pintxos; jamon wrapped around "air bread"; and a
guest appearance by a wonderful housemade chorizo at Extebarri.

Also, a sign that jamon iberico de bellota (black iberian pig fed on
acorns) lowers cholesterol! Who needs Lipitor!

Spork! and Still Present Pasts

This Spork! was a fundraiser to bring Still Presents Pasts
(stillpresentpasts.org) to the Bishop Museum.

The Korean-inflected menu:
